The Mustangs now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Paran Christian for a non-league match on Friday, August 19. Kennesaw Mountain will face a Eagles squad coming off a 15-0 league win over South Atlanta (Atlanta, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Cherokee falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Creekview (Canton, GA) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league match on Saturday, August 20. The Grizzlies enter the match with a record of 1-0. Creekview won 6-0 in their recent non-league match against Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA)
