North Carolina High School Volleyball - Union Grove Christian over Cramerton Christian Academy

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Union Grove Christian Patriots (Lexington, NC) and the visiting Cramerton Christian Academy Crusaders (Cramerton, NC), saw Union Grove Christian's volleyball squad beat Cramerton Christian Academy by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Union Grove Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Patriots travel to Greensboro HomeSchool (Greensboro, NC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, August 19. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Greensboro HomeSchool won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Crusaders now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fayetteville Street Christian for a non-league bout on Monday, August 22. Cramerton Christian Academy will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Calvary Christian (King, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 1-0.
