In Friday's league match, the visiting Mullan Tigers football squad scored a good 20-6 victory over the Clark Fork Wampus Cats.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Superior Bobcats (Superior, MT) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 25. Mullan will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Wampus Cats (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Kootenai (Harrison, ID). The Warriors enter the 1A North Star (8 Man) match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Kootenai was toppled by Wallace (Wallace, ID), 52-14, in a league match.
