Epiphany Falcons (New Bern, NC) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC), 3-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, August 22. Epiphany will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
The Hurricanes now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Topsail for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 22. Cape Fear Academy will confront a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 league win over Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
