The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Booker T. Washington Hornets (Tulsa, OK) and the host Bishop Kelley Comets (Tulsa, OK), saw Booker T. Washington's volleyball squad nip Bishop Kelley by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Booker T. Washington upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Hornets travel to Edmond Santa Fe (Edmond, OK) to battle the Wolves in a non-league match on Friday, August 18. The Wolves come into the match with a record of 2-3. Edmond Santa Fe lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Edmond North (Edmond, OK)
