The Cross Roads Bobcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Little River Academy Bumblebees to 1 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Bobcats now possess a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rusk for a non-league game on Saturday, August 19. Cross Roads will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Gary (Gary, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 7-7.
The Bumblebees (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Cross Roads (Malakoff, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league game with a 14-1 record. In their last game, Cross Roads nipped Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
