Kentucky High School Soccer - Sacred Heart knocks off Atherton

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Sacred Heart Valkyries soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Atherton Ravens.
The Valkyries (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against North Oldham (Goshen, KY). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, North Oldham got by Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY), 6-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Ravens play the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, August 19. Atherton will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY).
