In Monday's league outing, the visiting Menifee County Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Bath County Wildcats.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against West Carter (Olive Hill, KY). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, West Carter got by Morgan County (West Liberty, KY), 6-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 20. Bath County will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
