With the triumph, Bourbon County advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Colonels host Scott County (Georgetown, KY) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 20. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 1-2. Scott County lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Madison Central (Richmond, KY)

Next up, the Thorobreds/Fillies play the Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 20. Harrison County will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
