In Monday's non-league match, the host Lindsay Leopards softball team scored a nice 23-0 victory over the Marietta Indians.

The Leopards (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Davis (Davis, OK). The Wolves go into the 3A match with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Davis was routed by Tushka (Atoka, OK), 13-11, in a non-league game.

The Indians now hold a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Dickson for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 19. Marietta will play a Comets squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Comanche (Comanche, OK). The Comets record now stands at 4-1.
