The Pirates (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Toombs County (Lyons, GA). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region 3 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Toombs County held off Harlem (Harlem, GA), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Vidalia for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. Bacon County will confront a Indians squad coming off a 5-4 league loss to Pierce County (Blackshear, GA). The Indians record now stands at 3-2.
