Texas High School Volleyball - Aledo tips Highland Park

Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bearcats battle the Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 22. Aledo will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 7-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Decatur (Decatur, TX).

With the loss, Highland Park drops to 8-6 on the campaign. The Scots host Rockwall (Rockwall, TX) to battle the Yellowjackets in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 22. The Yellowjackets come into the match with a record of 10-4. Rockwall won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against The Woodlands (The Woodlands, TX)
