The Bell County Bobcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host McCreary Central Raiders to 1 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bobcats now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barren County for a non-league game on Saturday, August 19. Bell County will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Caverna (Horse Cave, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.
The Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Jellico (Jellico, TN). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Jellico was nudged by Bell County (Pineville, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
