Texas High School Volleyball - McKinney edged by Bishop Lynch

The Bishop Lynch Friars held off the visiting McKinney Lions volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Friars now have a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barbers Hill for a non-league test on Thursday, August 24. Bishop Lynch will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Clear Lake (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 15-4.

The Lions (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Wakeland (Frisco, TX). The Wolverines enter the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Wakeland was nudged by Grand Oaks (Spring, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
