The Brown Bears topped the visiting Moore Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waggener for a non-league test on Saturday, August 19. Brown will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Shawnee (Louisville, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.

The Mustangs (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY). The Cougars enter the District 23 test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Bullitt Central gained a win over Fairdale (Fairdale, KY), 3-1, in a non-league test.
