The Ludlow Panthers soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Dayton Greendevils to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.

The Panthers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Henry for a District 34 bout on Monday, August 19. Ludlow will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Ryle (Union, KY). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Dayton moves to 0-4 on the year. The Greendevils host Holmes (Covington, KY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 22. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Holmes lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Bellevue (Bellevue, KY)
