North Carolina High School Soccer - Holmes nudges Bear Grass Charter

In Monday's non-league outing, the host Holmes Aces soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Bear Grass Charter Bears.

The Aces (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Perquimans (Hertford, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Perquimans was edged by Manteo (Manteo, NC), 9-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Bears play the Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, August 26. Bear Grass Charter will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Aces go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Perquimans (Hertford, NC).
