In Monday's league test, the Checotah Wildcats (Checotah, OK) softball squad got by the host Muldrow Bulldogs (Muldrow, OK), by a tally of 5-4.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Poteau Pirates (Poteau, OK) in a 4A District 6 test, on Tuesday, August 20. Checotah will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Sallisaw (Sallisaw, OK).
The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Broken Bow (Broken Bow, OK). The Savages go into the 4A District 6 test with a 3-2 record.
