Crawford County Eagles (Roberta, GA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Howard Huskies (Macon, GA), 12-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Crawford County upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA) to play the Gryphons in a non-league game on Wednesday, August 21. The Gryphons enter the game with a record of 3-3. Academy for Classical Education won 5-2 in their recent league game against Dodge County (Eastman, GA)

The Huskies now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Cross Creek for a 3A Region 4 game on Tuesday, August 20. Howard will play a Razorbacks squad coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Burke County (Waynesboro, GA). The Razorbacks record now stands at 0-1.
