The Lindsay Leopards softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Jones Longhorns to 1 in the Leopards league win on Monday.

The Leopards now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a 3A battle on Tuesday, August 20. Lindsay will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 17-1 league win over Crooked Oak (Oklahoma City, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Jones moves to 0-2 on the season. The Longhorns host North Rock Creek (Shawnee, OK) to confront the Cougars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 27. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 3-1.
