In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Escambia Gators volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the L.E.A.D. Academy Lions.
The Gators (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pensacola (Pensacola, FL). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Pensacola beat Central (Milton, FL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Jay Royals (Jay, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 20. L.E.A.D. Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Royals go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Rocky Bayou Christian (Niceville, FL).
