East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

The Warriors now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Burns for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. East Gaston will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Chase (Forest City, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Highland Tech drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Shelby (Shelby, NC) to play the Golden Lions in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. The Golden Lions come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
