Independence Eagles (Thompson's Station, TN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Page Patriots (Franklin, TN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Christ Presbyterian Academy gained a win over Beech (Hendersonville, TN), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Siegel for a non-league test on Thursday, August 21.
