North Carolina High School Volleyball - Jordan-Matthews Providence Grove

The Providence Grove Patriots overcame the host Jordan-Matthews Jets volleyball team by a count of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

The Patriots (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Randleman (Randleman, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Randleman was knocked off by North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Jets now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Phoenix Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. Jordan-Matthews will encounter a Firebirds squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 0-2.
