The Jamestown Bluejays soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Dickinson Midgets to 1 in the Bluejays league victory on Tuesday.
The Bluejays now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Legacy for a West Region bout on Thursday, August 21. Jamestown will play a squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Williston (Williston, ND). The record now stands at 1-0.
The Midgets (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Bismarck (Bismarck, ND). The Demons come into the West Region game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Bismarck edged Williston (Williston, ND), 5-1, in a league game.
