Next, the Pirates meet the Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 22. Sperry will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 10-0 league loss to Dewey (Dewey, OK).

The Demons (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Prague (Prague, OK). The Red Devils enter the 3A challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Prague overcame Morris (Morris, OK), 10-0, in a league challenge.
