The Chattooga Indians softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Christian Heritage Lions to 2 in the Indians league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gordon Lee for a 1A D-I Region 7 battle on Thursday, August 21. Chattooga will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 19-4 league win over Armuchee (Rome, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-2.

The Lions (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Armuchee (Rome, GA). The Indians enter the 1A D-I Region 7 challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Armuchee was routed by Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA), 19-4, in a league challenge.
