The Cherokee Bluff Bears triumphed over the host Oconee County Warriors softball team by a margin of 15-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Bears now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seckinger for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 20. Cherokee Bluff will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 12-11 league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-3.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 21. Oconee County will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 17-1 non-league loss to Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA).
