In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Hilldale Hornets softball team scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Glenpool Warriors.

The Hornets (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Stilwell (Stilwell, OK). The Indians go into the 4A District 7 match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Stilwell by Roland (Roland, OK), 4-2, in a non-league game.

The Warriors now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Locust Grove for a non-league game on Thursday, August 21. Glenpool will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
