The Inola Longhorns triumphed over the visiting Locust Grove Pirates softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Longhorns meet the Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 21. Inola will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 6-2 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Roland (Roland, OK).

The Pirates (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Glenpool (Glenpool, OK). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Glenpool was routed by Hilldale (Muskogee, OK), 4-2, in a non-league test.
