With the win, Mayfair improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Monsoons travel to Artesia (Lakewood, CA) to encounter the Pioneers in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 21. The Pioneers go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Artesia lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Downey (Downey, CA)

The Jaguars now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host California Academy of Math & Science for a non-league contest on Friday, August 22. Cabrillo will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 1-0.
