In Tuesday's league match, the McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH) volleyball team knocked off the host Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

The Blue Devils now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Cardinal Mooney for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21. McDonald will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-1.
