Texas High School Volleyball - Pioneer tips Vela

The Pioneer Diamondbacks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Vela Sabercats to 2 in the Diamondbacks league triumph on Tuesday.

Next up, the Diamondbacks confront the Rio Grande City Rattlers (Rio Grande City, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 22. Pioneer will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Rattlers go into the game with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Edinburg (Edinburg, TX).
