In Tuesday's league challenge, the host South San Antonio Bobcats volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Winn Mavericks.
The Bobcats (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Ro-Hawks go into the non-league test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Randolph gained a win over Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX), 3-2, in a non-league test.
The Mavericks now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highlands for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Winn will face a Owls squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Burbank (San Antonio, TX). The Owls record now stands at 4-5.
