Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Calloway County Lakers (Murray, KY) and the host Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY), saw Calloway County's soccer squad triumph over Paducah Tilghman by a count of 8-0.

The Lakers (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall County (Benton, KY). The Marshals enter the District 2 battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Marshall County notched a victory over Graves County (Mayfield, KY), 6-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Blue Tornado battle the St. Mary Vikings (Paducah, KY) in a District 1 battle, on Monday, August 26. Paducah Tilghman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
