In Tuesday's league outing, the host Copper Hills Grizzlies soccer squad scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Salt Lake Academy Griffins.
The Grizzlies (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Miners go into the 6A Region 2 outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Bingham was overwhelmed by Corner Canyon (Draper, UT), 3-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Griffins confront the Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT) in a 6A Region 2 outing, on Tuesday, August 27. Salt Lake Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Miners go into the outing with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT).
