The Apache Warriors triumphed over the host Riverside Indian Braves softball squad by a count of 13-4 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors play the Elmore City-Pernell Badgers (Elmore City, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 22. Apache will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Badgers enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Minco (Minco, OK).
The Braves (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Wayne (Wayne, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Wayne was routed by Union City (Union City, OK), 20-6, in a non-league challenge.
