The Pocola Indians softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Canadian Cougars to 0 in the Indians non-league win on Tuesday.
The Indians now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tishomingo for a non-league battle on Friday, August 23. Pocola will confront a Indians team coming off a 12-1 league win over Hugo (Hugo, OK). The Indians record now stands at 4-3.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Porter Pirates (Porter, OK) in a Class A bout, on Saturday, September 7. Canadian will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
