The Loganville Red Devils softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Habersham Central Raiders to 0 in the Red Devils league win on Tuesday.

The Red Devils now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson County for a 5A Region 8 battle on Thursday, August 22. Loganville will confront a Panthers team coming off a 9-6 league win over Clarke Central (Athens, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Habersham Central moves to 1-7 on the season. The Raiders host Apalachee (Winder, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a 5A Region 8 battle on Thursday, August 22. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 2-5. Apalachee won 9-4 in their recent league battle against Alcovy (Covington, GA)
