In Tuesday's non-league test, the Locust Grove Pirates (Locust Grove, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the host Porter Pirates (Porter, OK), by a tally of 8-0.

Next, the Pirates clash with the Stilwell Indians (Stilwell, OK) in a 4A District 7 test, on Thursday, August 22. Locust Grove will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 0-4 record after their 4-0 league loss to Hilldale (Muskogee, OK).

The Pirates (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Pawnee (Pawnee, OK). The Black Bears go into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Pawnee was routed by Stroud (Stroud, OK), 15-1, in a non-league test.
