The Breathitt County Bobcats tipped the visiting Perry County Central Commodores volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Bobcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Powell County was nudged by Estill County (Irvine, KY), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Commodores meet the Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls (Booneville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 21. Perry County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Owls / Lady Owls come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY).
