In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Caldwell County Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Union County Braves.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mayfield (Mayfield, KY). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Mayfield beat Calloway County (Murray, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Braves meet the Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 22. Union County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Livingston Central (Smithland, KY).
