Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Central Hawks (Talbotton, GA), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Northeast improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to Central (Talbotton, GA) to face the Hawks in a 1A Area 2 test on Tuesday, August 27. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 1-5. Central lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Taylor County (Butler, GA)

The Hawks now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taylor County for a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. Central will face a Vikings squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Spencer (Columbus, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-6.
