Texas High School Volleyball - First Baptist edged by Covenant

The First Baptist Saints volleyball squad (Dallas, TX), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Covenant Knights (Dallas, TX)

With the win, Covenant improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Lone Star (Frisco, TX) to encounter the Rangers in a non-league battle on Friday, August 23. The Rangers go into the battle with a record of 6-4. Lone Star lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Melissa (Melissa, TX)

The Saints now own a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Dunne for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 22. First Baptist will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to North Central Texas Academy (Granbury, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.
