In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Owensboro Catholic Aces volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Daviess County Panthers.

The Aces (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Logan County (Russellville, KY). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Logan County beat Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Evansville Harrison Warriors (Evansville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 23. Daviess County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, IN).
