Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Vidor Pirates (Vidor, TX) and the host Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX), observed Vidor's volleyball team hold off Hardin-Jefferson by a count of 3-2.

The Pirates (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record.
