The Wayne County Yellow Jackets topped the visiting Long County Blue Tide volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Bradwell Institute Tigers (Hinesville, GA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 22. Wayne County will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Tigers go into the game with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Statesboro (Statesboro, GA).

The Blue Tide (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Yellow Jackets go into the 3A Area 3 game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Southeast Bulloch was dropped by Camden County (Kingsland, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
