The Maroons (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southwestern (Somerset, KY). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Southwestern notched a victory over Boyle County (Danville, KY), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Jaguars battle the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 26. North Laurel will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Colonels enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Jackson County (McKee, KY).
