Utah High School Soccer - Green Canyon knocks off Deseret Peak

The Green Canyon Wolves soccer squad scored 10 points and held the host Deseret Peak Golden Eagles to 0 in the Wolves league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolves now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgeline for a 4A Region 11 bout on Monday, August 25. Green Canyon will play a Riverhawks squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Uintah (Vernal, UT). The Riverhawks record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Deseret Peak moves to 0-6 on the year. The Golden eagles travel to Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT) to face the Stallions in a 4A Region 11 game on Monday, August 25. The Stallions enter the game with a record of 5-1. Stansbury won 1-0 in their recent league game against Sky View (Smithfield, UT)
