Florida High School Volleyball - Somerset College Prep Academy tips Okeechobee

The Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans (Port St. Lucie, FL) volleyball held off the visiting Okeechobee Brahmans (Okeechobee, FL), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

With the win, Somerset College Prep Academy improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Lake Placid (Lake Placid, FL) to encounter the Dragons in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 21. The Dragons go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Lake Placid lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against DeSoto County (Arcadia, FL)

Next, the Brahmans battle the John Carroll Catholic Rams (Fort Pierce, FL) in a 5A District 8 contest, on Thursday, August 21. Okeechobee will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Sebastian River (Sebastian, FL).
